Marketing App — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-14
Marketing (“the App”) is an internal task-tracking tool used only by employees of our company. It is distributed privately (unlisted) and is not intended for the general public. This policy explains what the App collects, why, and how it is handled.
Who this is for
Access requires a company-provisioned account. The App does not offer public sign-up; accounts are created by an administrator. If you are not an employee with a provisioned account, you cannot sign in and no data is collected about you.
What we collect
Account information — your name, work email address, and an internal user ID. Used to identify you within the tool, show who is on a task, and route notifications. Linked to your identity.
Content you create — tasks, task fields, comments, uploaded files (images, PDFs, documents) and links. Stored so the team can track and complete work. Linked to your identity.
Voice recordings (only if you use voice task creation) — when you hold the microphone to dictate a task, speech is transcribed on your device using Apple’s on-device Speech framework; the audio is not sent to any third-party speech-recognition service. The resulting original recording and its transcript are then saved to the task in our company system as a record of the request. Linked to your identity.
Push notification token — if you enable notifications, your device’s Apple Push Notification service (APNs) token is stored so the App can send you reminders about your tasks (assignments, due dates, updates). Access to tokens is restricted to you and the server process that sends notifications. Linked to your identity.
Basic usage/diagnostic data — standard server logs (e.g. timestamps of requests) generated by our backend provider for reliability and security.
We do not collect location, contacts, health data, advertising identifiers, or browsing history. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Where your data is stored (processors)
Data is stored and processed by Supabase (our backend: database, file storage, authentication) and delivered to your device via Apple Push Notification service for notifications. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. Files are kept in private storage buckets that are not publicly accessible.
How long we keep it, and deletion
Task data is retained as a business record for as long as the tool is in use. Because accounts are company-provisioned, you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data — or ask us to stop processing it — by contacting us (below). When an employee leaves, an administrator deactivates the account, which immediately removes all access and deletes the device’s notification token.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to tasks is controlled by row-level security so you can only see tasks you are part of. Notification tokens are private to each user.
Children
The App is a workplace tool and is not directed to children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify users in the App.
